Cancellation Policy

- Guest may arrive any time within 30 minutes either side of the booked timeslot. If you need to change your timeslot, you may do so online, or by reaching out to us directly! - All guests are responsible for appropriate conduct while visiting the arcade. - Outside food and beverage is permitted within the arcade - we just ask that beverages are placed in the designated and provided cup holders and not on the glass of the games. - Our games are retro, with the oldest machine being 50 years old, and the newest being around 20 years old. Occasional malfunctions are inevitable - we kindly as your patience, and we will make every attempt to repair games timely. - There is no fees associated with rescheduling a timeslot. Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking will be subject to a 50% of the booking fee. - Management reserves the right to refuse service
