Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be cancelled online up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time and are subject to 50% cancellation fee. - Guests may reschedule up to 24 hours ahead of the appointment time at no cost - All guests are responsible for appropriate conduct while in the karaoke room - Outside food and beverage is permitted - Management reserves the right to refuse service
