Service Description
Outside of our regular business hours, we proudly offer our arcade for private parties and events up to 30 guests! Select the duration you'd like to book for your next event, and the calendar will show all availability. Private rental includes complimentary popcorn for all guests, and there is a 15 minutes grace period before and after your event for set up and break down of any decorations or anything you'd like to set up! The fun starts here! Your private booking includes use of the Karaoke system at no additional cost or we can play music of your choice! We can also supply a fold up table if you would like to bring outside food or drink. We look forward to welcoming your party into HI Score!
Cancellation Policy
We look forward to hosting your private event at HI Score! To ensure you and your guests enjoy a great experience, please take a moment to review our booking policy. HI Score offers guests the ability to reschedule private rentals up to 48 hours prior to the the appointment through our website at no cost for your convenience. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled event will result in forfeit of the deposit paid. - Guest may arrive up 15 minutes early to facilitate setup. There is also a 15 minute grace period after your event. Additional time beyond the booked time will be subject to fees at the current published rates. If you'd like to additional time onto your rental just let us know! We'd be happy to assist (subject to availability) - All guests are responsible for appropriate conduct while visiting the arcade. - Outside food and beverage is permitted and welcomed within the arcade - we just ask that beverages are placed in the designated and provided cup holders and that all alcohol remains inside the building. - We have games as much as 50 years old, and as recent as this year. We work hard to keep the games well maintained and aim for 100% of the games working, but please note that mechanical issues do happen. - Tips are not required, but are always welcome.
