Service Description

Outside of our regular business hours, we proudly offer our arcade for private parties and events! Select the duration you'd like to book for your next event, and the calendar will show all availability. Private rental includes complimentary popcorn for all guests, and there is a 15 minutes grace period before and after your event for set up and break down of any decorations or anything you'd like to set up! The fun starts here! ***Please note - bookings made for events after September 7th will no longer include Karaoke - we are in the process of relocated the Karaoke room to a new space in order expand the arcade offerings. (Karaoke may be added to an arcade booking subject to availability). Private events booked for dates prior to September 7th will still include use of the Karaoke Room***

Cancellation Policy

We look forward to hosting your private event at HI Score! We kindly ask that you review the following policies. HI Score offers guests the ability to reschedule private rentals up to 48 hours prior to the the appointment through our website at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeit of the deposit paid. - Guest may arrive up 15 minutes early to facilitate setup. There is also a 15 minute grace period after your event. Additional time beyond the booked time will be subject to additional fees. - All guests are responsible for appropriate conduct while visiting the arcade. - Outside food and beverage is permitted and welcomed within the arcade - we just ask that beverages are placed in the designated and provided cup holders - Most of our games are retro, with the oldest machine being 50 years old! Occasional malfunctions are inevitable - we kindly as your patience, and we will make every attempt to repair games timely. - Management reserves the right to refuse service
